The secretarial staff are your first line of contact if you have queries about referrals to hospitals or other outside agencies. They may also be able to help you with results of investigations and tests. The secretaries are all very busy and each of them carry a very high work load. For this reason they are not able to deal with queries regarding repeat medication. They each have a direct dial telephone line and are available between 8.30am and 10.30am to take telephone calls.
